Then you just place the vps order with that hosting company and then forward him the login information. He'll take it from there and set it all up.

I'm not even doing anything wierd online that I actually need to hide my ip address, I just like knowing that no one can track what I'm doing online. I'm completely anonymous, not even my government, my isp, my school or my work can track me or block me from websites. In order to change your IP address I would recommend using a proxy. I've been using a proxy from a software called Private Proxy for the past year and it works great. The proxy has 4 different servers, 3 in the US and 1 in the Netherlands, and each server consists of up to 10 different IP addresses. When you are logged in with the proxy your original IP will be completely hidden and an IP from one of the servers will be what others can see.
